Return Policy

We’ve made our returns easy. Sometimes things just don't work out. And we totally understand, so we have a NO QUESTIONS ASKED* returns policy. See below information on the returns & exchange options available at ANGEL CLOTHING. 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To start a return, simply email us at angelclothingoffiial@gmail.com . Please make sure that your items meet our Returns Conditions below.

**Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.

Full Priced Items: Can be returned for a full refund or store credit.
Final Sale and Sample Items: Cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless the item received is faulty or your order was fulfilled incorrectly.
Lingerie/Swimwear: Can be returned for a full refund or store credit. Due to sanitary reasons, if any sign of wear including soiling or damage is evident, the return will be denied and the items will be returned to you.
Faulty/Damaged Items: Please email our Customer Care team.

RETURNS CONDITIONS*

    • We refund ALL full priced items that are returned in their original condition, excluding earrings, hats, hair bands, head wear and beauty products.
    • Items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of delivery from ANGEL CLOTHING. Any items posted after this time frame may be denied.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels to be eligible for either a refund or store credit.
    • Once ANGEL CLOTHING has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.

    RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR A FAULTY ITEM?

    If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at angelclothingofficial@gmail.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.

    ANGEL CLOTHING reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfume or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

        • No restock fees.
        • Please allow 2 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received in the mail by ANGEL CLOTHING, and 5 business days during holiday periods.
        • We will let you know once your refund has been processed via the email address that the order was placed with.
        • Refunds will be issued to the credit card, PayPal, AfterPay or Klarna account that the payment had originally come from.
