Return & Refund Policy

At ANGEL CLOTHING, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Please read the full policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unworn and unwashed — item must not have been used
  • In its original condition with all tags still attached
  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, and signs of wear
  • In original or comparable packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery date

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Step 2: We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Step 4: Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error. In cases of defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your return and verify it meets our conditions:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or credit card used for purchase).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
  • Bank processing times may vary; allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange:

  • Email [email protected] with your order number and the size/color you'd like instead.
  • We'll confirm availability and provide exchange shipping instructions.
  • Replacement items ship free of charge.
  • If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund instead.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. You are not required to return the damaged item.

8. Wrong Item Received

If we shipped the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Contact us immediately and we'll send the correct item with priority shipping and provide a return label for the wrong item at no cost to you.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll reship your order or issue a refund.
