At ANGEL CLOTHING, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. Please read our full shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer three shipping options at checkout:

3. Free Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders of $75 or more (before tax). Free shipping applies only to Standard Shipping within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the order subtotal meets or exceeds $75.

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the selected shipping method. The carrier may be selected based on best available rate and reliability for your area. Tracking is provided for all shipments.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system after you receive the shipping confirmation. You can also track your order by:

  • Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number
  • Contacting us at [email protected] with your order number

6. Shipping Area

We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories including Puerto Rico. This includes Alaska and Hawaii — all three shipping methods (Standard, Express, and Overnight) are available for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take 1–2 additional business days beyond the standard estimates shown above.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you're outside the US, sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

7. Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are business days and begin from the date your order ships (not the date ordered). Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and other factors may affect delivery times.

8. Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may ship in a single package or multiple packages depending on availability. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each package if your order ships in multiple shipments at no additional charge.

9. Shipping Delays

During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing and delivery times may be extended. ANGEL CLOTHING is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

10. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an address error immediately after ordering, contact us at [email protected] within 2 hours — we may be able to update it before processing.

11. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll reship your order or issue a full refund.
